Constructive technological project of block of flats in Strážnice

The theme of my diploma thesis is Building and Technological Project for a residential building in Strážnice. This is a study of the implementation of major technological stages of object SO- 01 residential building, the project concerning the construction site installation, design the mechanical assembly, traffic solutions, technological process earthworks, foundation structures, piles CFA and reinforced concrete ceiling construction. The work includes further object schedule, financial plan, a detailed timetable for construction of residential building, the budget, the inspection and the test plan, safety hazards on a construction site in the implementation of the substructure object and thermal technical assessment of selected structures.

The purpose of this thesis is a financial planning of building order from the investor’s point of view. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of terms building order, financial planning and public order funding from the investor’s point of view. The practical part describes concrete building order including the financial plan.

My diploma thesis I have divided on two parts – theoretical and practical. The goal of my work is to show the method how to project in construction and demonstrate it in a particular construction company and illustrate a solution to a specific order. I would like to describe and handle two different contracts, focus on the selection process, form of processing some data, contractual arrangements or necessary resources.

Administrative bulding in Brno, civil technical projekt.

The subject of this diploma thesis is civil technical project of an administrative building in Brno. The work includes a technical report, a construction technology study, technological prescriptions, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction and wider relationships of transport routes to construction site. It also includes control and test plans, a detailed timetable for the main building object, deployment plans for workers, major work machinery and mechanisms, an item budget and a construction site equipment project. Finally, there are drawings of boarding foundations and ceiling structures and a comparison of the two variants of the ceiling structures.

Construction technological project of apartment block in Boskovice

Content of this master‘s thesis is construction technological project of apartment block in Boskovice. The masters’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site, budget and time schedule. Detailed procedure of assembly of the load-bearing roof truss and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Safety and health protection, control and test plans are elaborated for stage of the building roofing.

Implementation of finishing works - Office building in Kolín

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with technological stage of finishig works of office building in Kolín – Zálabí. Especially, I focused on implementation of interior plaster different technologies and comparsion using Build Power S and Contec. Also, the thesis deals with the making of plasterboard partition including schemes of their connection. Also mechanical assembly, control and test plans, and safety and health during work are processed for selected building processes. The work also includes construction site.

The community center in the Czech Budejovice - Construction Technology Project

The theme of the diploma thesis is the construction technology project construction of a community center in the Czech Budejovice. The work describes the study of the main stages of technological, financial and construction schedule, itemized budget and technological prescription for performance building envelope. A substantial part of the work is to perform a technological prescription ceiling cladding structure above 1.NP, which is supplemented by technical-economic balance for the implementation of this ceiling construction, along with formwork drawings describes the optimal design of monolithic ceiling structure above 1.NP. Suitable design of the implementation process of the ceiling structure is achieved by reducing the cost of implementation of nearly 10% and shorten the length of the lease formwork system of almost 34% compared to the original assumption.
